Elastic Load Balancing now allows you to tag your load balancers to simplify the administration of your AWS resources.
A tag is a user-defined label that helps you organize your resources into groupings such as application names or projects. You can also use tags to make it easier to allocate costs and optimize spending, for example by tagging a load balancer with details such as a cost center, or the name of an administrator or project.
You can add, view, and remove tags by using the AWS Management Console, API, or AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI).
