lifeguard - Automated Server Pool Management
This project will help manage pools of servers that perform work that is queued in SQS. It will dynamically size pools of servers in EC2 based on configured parameters and work available.
lifeguard has been based on real world experience managing pools of servers. It comes from doing a re-think of an existing system, taking lessons learned and trying to build a better pool manager.
