Cohesive Flexible Technologies enable customers to build and manage custom applications for virtualized infrastructure. As a result of major trends like SOA, Virtualization and Cloud Computing, the approach to data centers is undergoing rapid change, with major ramifications on cost and business agility. CFT provides on-demand automation solutions to enable this transition in a de-risked, stable way.

The Elastic Server On-Demand™ (ESOD) is CohesiveFT's SaaS platform that allows virtualized application stacks to be dynamically defined and built on-demand from component libraries incorporating commercial software components, open source software components, and customers' proprietary code. The resulting images are built, encapsulated, given a unique identity, and injected with management and integration services; we call these Elastic Servers. Developers, simply select components from menu-based portals and click to build. Configuration and build takes place in minutes and are made available for deployment to EC2.

One customer said, "Our environments are pretty locked down, even for development, testing and QA systems. Before I go and request a system change or installation from one of our system administrators I can now try every step out and document what I did. I brought up multiple small VMs for applications, database, controller etc and on a smaller scale I was able to document all installation, deployment and maintenance tasks to be applied on the actual Linux VMs. I continue to use the template VMs I originally downloaded and create new ones to try out new things. They're great sandboxes."
