Gladinet Cloud Backup is a turnkey cloud backup solution for Amazon S3. It supports backup files and folders, even include files that are open or locked by other application. It supports backup SQL Server and other applications that support Volume Shadow Server. It is a windows service that does the backup to Amazon S3 for you.

You can do full snapshot backup and incremental backup. You can do encryption too. You can restore from both full snapshot and incremental snapshots. You can do partial restore (select the files you want to restore).
