AMan Pro

Being a little technically challenged sometimes, I had a few difficulties with this product at the start but after reading through the manual or asking questions in the help box, all was good and it's a super simple program to use. There are so many features that other products don't offer and all of it is in this one tight little software program. I LOVE it for listings, changing info, getting orders and repricing. Amazing, amazing software!!! Kudos!

This is the most comprehensive solution for the Amazon seller. It offers just about every feature you could want, and if you don't see it you can always ask Kevin and you will see it fast. for free!! Also, unlike the others, they do not become "partners" in your business, never charging a commission. Only, monthly, yearly or flat out purchase!

Five stars are not enough for the Spaceware product. We have been using this for almost 2 years in all. We tried other products out there but nothing matches up to the functionality, reliability, support levels and ROI of AManPro. The almost instantaneous support offered with this product is second to none and comes at no additional cost. Service levels are higher than most commercial software products I have ever known. The extensive functionality incorporated into this small but powerful and robust product is surprising and pleasing. If anything, this product is underpriced but it gives every Amazon marketplace seller, large or small, the opportunity to use a professional level product which really does help increase sales AND after sales support. That is priceless to any serious seller. It is hard to imagine that anyone who has actually used this product would rate it otherwise. Our sales have been steady since using AManPro and we have had none of the problems we had with other 'larger' products which clearly were not fully compliant with the AmazonUK marketplace and cost us both time and money due to bugs and errors. This is also the only major product with extensive functionality with appears to allow you to 'try before you buy'. That speaks volumes. We wasted $1000s on other products which did not live up to their promises before investing in AmanPro, an expensive lesson for us but one worth learning.

Some jerk with a competitor (I'll not bash them here but it is pretty easy to figure out who did it)posted the one star review. Anyone who has used Spaceware's product would tell you it is truly a professional tool (and very cost effective btw.) Go to the Amazon seller discussion boards and search in the third party software section to read many testimonials from real customers about a wide variety of solutions. Aman is not only extremely feature rich but their customer support is excellent. I wish all of my software providers were as helpful and friendly as Spaceware.

I've been using Aman Pro for over a year, and cannot imagine running this business without it. Aman Pro has automated my listing, pricing, order fulfillment and customer service chores, which leaves me time to focus on the things that cannot be automated. Kevin, the developer of Aman Pro has ALWAYS been available to help with problems or questions that arise, often-times within minutes of emailing him. What's even more astounding, is that he doesn't just leave well enough alone, he keeps adding features to the product. Highly recommended.
