Assembla Private is a dedicated server that contains the same software that runs our online service at www.assembla.com. It gives you a portal for software development, collaboration, and code management, and it meets your requirements for network security, customization, and integration.

It is available as a Machine Image on Amazon's EC2 for 100 or 500 users. It costs $1.40/hour for 100 users and $2.40/hour for 500 and you pay with your Amazon Web Services account only for the hours that you use.

Private Assembla helps organizations accelerate software development, collaborate, and save all of their code and knowledge in one place for simple maintenance. Buyers include software companies, enterprise IT departments, government organizations, and outsourcers.

The AMI contains most of the Assembla.com tools, including:
* Ticketing and task management
* Source code management - subversion and git
* Collaboration (wiki, messages, chat, etc.)
* Build tools - FTP (push) and Server (pull) for continuous integration
* Public and private projects, with the community dashboard for public projects
* Management (scrum reporting, time tracking,project portfolios, etc.)

It comes with a configuration application that will get you started in a few minutes. It also includes API's and source code, and technical support for server administrators.
