RightSignature is designed for small to midsized businesses as a solution to the tedious task of collecting signatures for agreements. Faxing forms back and forth can take days. RightSignature streamlines this process down to minutes.

Our secure web browser integrated document viewer allows you to read over the document right there on the site. Once you have read and understand the terms, you may create a digital signature using your mouse, and optionally attach a snapshot from your webcam.

Once we have collected signatures from each party, we provide you with a signature certificate page, complete with a hard copy bar code that links the document back to our site, and the original contract.

Built on Amazon Web Services, we deploy using EC2/EBS, store all of our assets on Amazon S3, and process all payments with Amazon Flexible Payment Service.

Real Signatures for Real Contracts
Had to take a minute to support the team's efforts on launching RightPact.com and getting the feature here in AWS. We are a long time AWS team, and find the most value solving our own problems leveraging the platform. RightPact solves a daily occurrence--what to do with those emailed potential-client NDAs? Print them out--and while on the road--finding a fax machine to return them? Meanwhile, we're signing Amazon, Google, and bank contracts with a click of the mouse... so we bridged the gap. Started with a goal of keeping the realism of hand-signed contracts, and bringing it to the digital world. We found ways to go above and beyond--photos--IP geolocation--and digital signing, but at it's core is saying "I Do" without 4 pages of A4 going from the printer, to fax hopper, to recycle bin.
