Archive current version and delete the document from SharePoint
Archive current version and delete all other versions
Just Archive the current version
Information about the archived documents is saved in a special SharePoint list on the site, enabling users to perform search on archived documents. Users can easily retrieve documents from the archive and send them to any document library in the site.
You can enable the GT-Archiver on any number of sites and site collections in a web application. The settings are propagated to all SharePoint servers in the farm.
You can set the schedule of the GT-Archiver Job to run every few minutes, daily, weekly, or once a month.
