We are pleased to announce the winners of our first Amazon EC2 Spotathon coding challenge. Out of a field of extremely competitive applications, we awarded the Grand Prize ($2,500 in AWS Credit) to PiCloud, a high performance computing Platform-as-a-Service, and the Runner-Up Prize ($1,000 in AWS Credit) to Princeton Consultants for their high frequency trading research application, OptiSpotter.
