Amazon ElastiCache Free Trial Offer Terms

The Amazon ElastiCache free trial offer (the "Offer") provides eligible customers with the following usage amounts of Amazon ElastiCache, each month, at no cost, for 60 days:

• 750 hours of Amazon ElastiCache Small Cache Node usage – enough hours to run continuously each month

All AWS customers who are new to Amazon ElastiCache are eligible for the Offer. You are also eligible if you have had no paid ElastiCache usage since March 1, 2012.

When your Offer expires after 60 days or if your application use exceeds the free usage limits, you simply pay standard, On-Demand service rates (see the Amazon ElastiCache page for full pricing details).

Terms and Conditions

• The Offer is only available to new Amazon ElastiCache customers. You are eligible for the Offer if you have never used Amazon ElastiCache or have had no paid usage on Amazon ElastiCache since March 1, 2012.
• You will be charged standard rates for use of Amazon ElastiCache if we determine that you are not eligible for the Offer.
• You will not be eligible for the Offer if you or your organization create(s) more than one account to receive additional benefits under the program or if the new account is included in Consolidated Billing.
• You may participate in the Offer for 60 days from the date you first use Amazon ElastiCache. For example, if you start using Amazon ElastiCache on June 10th, your enrollment in the Offer will expire on the 9th of August. You will receive email notification 7 days in advance of the expiration of your enrollment in the Offer.
• New benefits added to the trial program will be available to you for the remainder of your 60 day term. The addition of new benefits will not extend the 60-day term of existing Amazon ElastiCache customers who are already participating in the Offer.
• You must create and maintain an AWS account in good standing (including a valid credit card) to participate in the trial program. Your participation in the trial program and your use of Amazon ElastiCache and other AWS services is subject to the AWS Customer Agreement. The Offer is a Special Pricing Program under the AWS Customer Agreement.
• You also will be charged AWS’s standard rates for any use that exceeds the free usage amount provided under the Offer.
• Unused usage amounts remaining at the end of the month do not roll over to subsequent months.
• When calculating your use of Amazon ElastiCache under the trial program, we will aggregate your use across all AWS regions.
• We may stop accepting new registrations for the Offer at any time.
