Getting Started with this AMI

This section will discuss the following:

  • When you launch your AMI instance the first time, you will be prompted to accept the Sybase SQL Anywhere license agreement.  Accept the license and you will be authorized to run SQL Anywhere.
  • The AMI has been installed with the SQL Anywhere demo database.  Start it up like this: dbeng11 —ud ~/sa11_samples/sqlanywhere/demo.db
