The APN Upgrade & APN Confirmation Pages have moved.

Our APN Upgrade process has changed. APN Partners can now submit compliance details and Apply to Upgrade via the new APN Portal. For more information on the APN Portal, please visit the APN Portal Overview page.

In order to gain access to the APN Portal, partners must be registered with APN. Please follow the steps outlined below based off your firm's current APN status:



Already an APN Partner?

If your firm is already a Registered APN Partner, please follow the instructions below to login to the Portal and submit your firm's Upgrade.

  • Login to APN Portal using your APN credentials*
  • Click on "View Partner Scorecard"
  • Update your firm's Partner Scorecard with program compliance details
  • Click "Apply to Upgrade"

Once the Upgrade has been submitted, a member of the APN Team will be in touch with next steps.

Not a Registered APN Partner?

Alternatively, if your firm is not yet registered with APN, please complete the relevant registration form below and your firm will receive it's login credentials.

  • Register your firm by completing the relevant registration form based off your firm’s primary business type:
    • APN Technology Partner: Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, management and security vendors
    • APN Consulting Partner: System Integrators (SIs), strategic consultancies, resellers, agencies, and VARs (Value-Added Resellers)
  • Login to APN Portal
    • Once registered, your firm will receive an email* with your APN Portal login credentials and temporary password. Using those credentials, login to the APN Portal via the link below.

* Login credentials to the APN Portal will be sent to your firm within 48 business hours of completing registration. Please watch your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from apn-portal-support@amazon.com , titled “Welcome to the APN Portal.” If your firm does not receive this email, please contact the APN Team.
