Since November 2008, when CloudFront launched, we have been working hard to add new features, improve availability and scale our systems. Software Development Engineers
Amazon CloudFront is looking for software engineers to join our team. Our projects include massively scalable distributed systems that provide inexpensive, reliable, global distribution. This is an opportunity to join a world class team that is at the forefront of creating the next major computing platform. As a member of the AWS team you will help create a system that will set the pattern for a generation to come. You should be somebody who enjoys working on systems software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly not only about building good software but also about running that software in the real world. You must enjoy a close-knit team environment of shared responsibility. Ideal candidates will have strong distributed systems and web services design and implementation experience. You should have a thorough understanding of Internet protocols such as HTTP, DNS, and TCP and experience implementing servers using Java in a Linux/Unix environment.

Product Manager: AWS CloudFront
Amazon Web Services ("AWS") is blazing new trails as a pioneer in the extremely high potential Web Services arena. This leader will help define and drive the product strategy and roadmap that will help us grow our Amazon CloudFront business. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the AWS and Amazon.com business.
Responsibilities include driving broad adoption and providing an unparalleled customer experience while developing the strategy and tactics that we will use to drive awareness, trial, adoption, and repeat usage of Amazon CloudFront.
