Release: Elastic Load Balancing on 2010-10-27
This update adds X-Forwarded-Proto and X-Forwarded-Port headers.
|New Feature||ELB now supports X-Forwarded-Proto and X-Forwarded-Port headers. The X-Forwarded-Proto header indicates the protocol of the originating request at the ELB ("http" or "https"), and the X-Forwarded-Port header indicates the port of the originating request at the ELB. The addition of these headers to ELB requests enables customers to determine if an incoming request to their Elastic Load Balancer is encrypted, and the specific port on the Elastic Load Balancer that the request was received on.|
