New Features

Feature Description
Additional Cache Node Types Amazon ElastiCache supports the following new Cache Node Types:
  • cache.t1.micro (213MB memory, 1 thread)
  • cache.m1.medium (3.35GB memory, 1 thread)
  • cache.m3.xlarge (14.6GB memory, 4 threads)
  • cache.m3.2xlarge (33.8GB memory, 8 threads)
With these four additions, you can choose from a total of 11 different Cache Node Types.
