This release adds support for tagging DB Instances, which allows you to add metadata to your DB Instances. This metadata
can be used, for example to track the owner, cost center, or project associated with a DB Instance. For

Guide. For more information about viewing tags in your bill, see Cost Allocation and Tagging in About AWS Account Billing.
