Response Groups
OfferFull, Offers

The OfferFull and Offers response groups return new information under the parent element, AvailabilityAttributes, including the elements:

• AvailabilityType--A string that describes the availability of an offer. Valid values are: now (in stock or preorder), unknown (backorder),and futuredate (preorder).

• MinimumHours--A nonNegativeValue that specifies the minimum number of hours in which an item will be shipped once the order is placed.

• MaximumHours--A nonNegativeValue that specifies the maximum number of hours in which an item will be shipped once the order is placed.

• IsPreorder--A boolean value equal to "1" when the specified item is offered as a preorder. If the item cannot be preordered, IsPreorder is not included in the response.

The OfferFull and Offers response groups return new information under the parent element, OfferListing, including the elements:

• PercentageSaved--A nonNegativeNumber that specifies the percentage of the total price that is offered as a discount. For example, a value of 20 specifies a discount of 20%.

• AmountSaved--A nonNegativeNumber that specifies the difference between the regular price and the list price if the item is not on sale, or, if the item is on sale, the difference between the regular price and the sale price. This value is specified in the same way that all Amazon prices are specified, by using the elements Amount, CurrencyCode, and FormattedPrice. Example values for these elements are, respectively, 1200, US, $12.00.

Response Group
Collections

Collections is a new response group that can be used by ItemLookup and ItemSearch. The response group returns the ASINs and titles of related items. Items in collections are related thematically, for example, all of the linens that go into a bedroom might be associated in a bedding collection.

When the Collections response group is used, every item returned by ItemLookup or ItemSearch, if it is part of a collection, is accompanied by all of the items in its collection.

PromotionDetails
PromotionSummary

PromotionDetails and PromotionSummary are new response groups that return information about promotions. Promotions are only available with items that have offers. For that reason, when you use either of the promotion response groups, you must also use, in the same request, one of the following response groups that return an offer: Large, OfferFull, or Offers. The operations that can use these response groups are ItemLookup, ItemSearch, ListLookup, and SimilarityLookup.

The OfferFull and Offers response groups return the new element, Quantity, under the parent element, OfferListing. The Quantity value is an integer that specifies the number of items in stock. A value of -1 specifies that a Quantity value is unknown.

The ListLookup operation can now return wedding registries in the UK and DE locales.

The ItemAttributes response group now returns many additional elements:

• AnalogVideoFormat --Video format
  
• ClubType -- Type of golf club
  
• CompatibleDevices -- Compatible devices
  
• DataLinkProtocol -- Datalink protocol
  
• DisplayColorSupport -- Color depth supported by the display
  
• FilmColorType -- Type of film
  
• FormFactor -- External memory type
  
• Genre -- Specifies the genre of the item
  
• HandOrientation -- Specifies whether the golf club is for people who are right handed or left handed
  
• HardDiskInterface -- Specifies the hard drive interface, such as SCSI
  
• HardwarePlatform -- Specifies the computer hardware platform
  
• LensType -- Type of camera lens
  
• MediaType -- Type of storage media
  
• OperatingSystem -- Computer's operating system
  
• OpticalSensorResolution -- Resolution of optical sensors
  
• ProductTypeName -- Name of the product type
  
• ProductTypeSubcategory -- Subcategory of the product type
  
• RemovableStorage -- Type of removable storage media. See MediaType
  
• RequiredVoltageRange -- Maximum voltage allowed.
  
• SkillLevel -- Specifies the skill level recommended
  
• ShaftMaterialType -- Type of material used in the shaft of a golf club
  
• SupportedMediaSize -- Specifies the storage media sizes supported

Response Group
ItemAttributes

In the JP locale, ItemAttributes now returns a new element, IsPreannounce. If the value is present in the response, the item is being announced before being released.
