Amazon Web Services is a global technology sponsor of Startup Weekend 2014. Startup Weekends are 54-hour events where developers, designers, marketers, product managers and startup enthusiasts come together to share ideas, form teams, build products and launch startups.

All Startup Weekend participants will receive $100 in AWS credits that they can use over the weekend to begin building applications. It only takes a few minutes to get started:

The sign-up process requires a credit card which will not be charged until your usage exceeds the credit amount. Note that all new AWS accounts are also eligible for our free usage tier.

Visit the AWS Credit Redemption Page and enter your $100 promotion credits code. You must be signed in to view this page.

Verify that the credit has been applied to your account by viewing your Account Activity page.

Check out the tools and documentation on our Start-ups Page and in our Resource Center.
