Amazon EC2 F1 instances are now available in the AWS GovCloud (US) region.

F1 instances are accelerated-computing instances with field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) that you can program to create custom hardware accelerations for your applications. F1 instances are available in two instance sizes that include up to eight Xilinx UltraScale+ FPGA per instance.

With this launch, F1 instances are now available in four AWS regions, specifically US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), EU (Ireland) and AWS GovCloud (US).
