The Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) console with a new and updated user interface is now available in AWS GovCloud (US) Regions.
The updated user interface in the new Amazon SNS console is optimized for screens of all sizes, making configuration, management, and monitoring more accessible on a variety of devices. Also, the new help panel shows contextual documentation from the Amazon SNS Developer Guide. Moreover, resource configuration actions are now supported at the resource creation stage, such as setting Amazon SNS subscription filter policies.
Amazon SNS is a fully managed pub/sub messaging service. You can use Amazon SNS topics to decouple message producers and consumers, and simultaneously distribute messages to multiple subscribing endpoints, such as Amazon SQS queues, AWS Lambda functions, Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose streams, HTTP endpoints, email addresses, and mobile devices (SMS, push notifications).
