Boost collaboration using augmented reality and virtual reality (AR/VR) technology
Conventional collaboration methods slow teams down, just when they need to resolve problems quickly. 3D Collaborative Design solutions on AWS alleviate many inefficiencies in asynchronous remote environments by providing a shared digital environment, where people in different locations interact with virtual objects in near real-time. These solutions use augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) collaboration technology to create a virtual space for teams to communicate, speeding up innovation and increasing engagement.
CloudXR is NVIDIA's streaming SDK for delivering virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) across 5G and Wi-Fi networks. This AMI includes the CloudXR server driver, as well as NVIDIA's RTX Virtual Workstation software (formerly known as Quadro Virtual Workstation). Paired together, they provide the foundation for high-fidelity streaming of XR content from AWS to users' AR and VR devices. This is an introductory offer of NVIDIA CloudXR that will continue to be developed and improved for future AWS listings.
Sphere is transforming operations as a turnkey mixed reality solution covering critical use cases, including digital collaboration, remote assistance, workflow guidance and life-size overlays. By reducing training efforts, decreasing service resolution times, and dropping error rates to nearly zero, the platform has been widely recognized as the enterprise standard for mixed reality software.
