Dave is a Specialist Solutions Architect focussing on Security and Compliance across EMEA; he has been doing security for a living for a couple of decades, and has worked on projects across most UK industries. He has also served on a number of UK Government bodies advising on Critical National Infrastructure protection and other security matters, and contributed to security standards on both sides of the Atlantic, for a number of "4-letter organisations".

Dave also has his name on the front of a couple of security-focussed patents from the early days of Cloud computing, and has recently submitted his first joint patent application for Amazon. As well as designing secure Cloud environments for AWS customers, he is enjoying characterising and tackling the security challenges emerging in IoT.

As Cloud Business Development Strategic Alliance Manager Benelux, Tonny Roelofs is in charge of the local management and of the strengthening of Trend Micro’s number one position in the Benelux market of Cloud and Data Center Security.

Tonny started his career with Trend Micro in 2012. In 2012 he took on the role of Country Manager for The Netherlands and since 2015 he is expanding this successful development story to the BeNeLux. He has gained over 15 years of experience in the area of IT security and keeps a close eye on all developments and challenges in the dangerous world of cyber threats
