Phoebe L. Yang leads Public Sector Healthcare at AWS, where she serves as an executive advisor to healthcare companies, including health systems, payors, and related technology companies. She is a trusted C-suite executive, board member, and advisor with extensive digital, health, communications and technology, and consumer media and entertainment experience at some of the world’s most valued and admired companies. Having served in two Presidential Administrations in the areas of technology and U.S. diplomacy, Ms. Yang was on White House Task Force for Health IT and the White House Task Force on Broadband. Currently, Ms. Yang serves as Board Director for CommonSpirit Health and previously was Board Director for Providence-St. Joseph Health and Board Chair for two accountable care organizations. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from University of Virginia and Stanford Law School, where she was President and Editor-in-Chief of Stanford Law Review.
