As a member of the AWS Kumo Development team, you will be at the forefront of Cloud technologies with interactions across the full breadth of AWS services. You will be surrounded by people that are smart and passionate about cloud computing. AWS Kumo Development team is looking for exceptional software engineers and product managers to build systems that solve a variety of Information Retrieval, Data Mining, simple user interfaces conveying complex information, scalable systems and other technical challenges. Work across all AWS Customers big and small as they move their infrastructure to the cloud.

AWS Trusted Advisor monitors customer configurations, compares them to known best practices, and then notifies customers where opportunities exist to improve performance, enhance security, or save money. An AWS Technical Account Manager (TAM) is on the forefront of support for our largest and most innovative customers. Requiring a unique skill set of people skills and broad technical acumen, our TAMs are integral parts of an enterprise customer’s experience with AWS. TAMs go well beyond break-fix support by advising customers on technical and strategic decisions related to AWS and becoming a true technical partner to their business. An AWS TAM watches over their customer and guides them through issues both major and minor. The TAM is the customer’s advocate within AWS and works closely with the AWS service teams to ensure the customer’s requests, issues, and features are given the appropriate priority.
