libsdb is a C library that allows developers to use SimpleDB from within their C or C++ programs. The library was designed to provide a simple and straightforward API without requiring any knowledge of how SimpleDB services are accessed using HTTP protocols.

Very well written and simple to use
The software library compiled perfectly in Ubuntu 8.04 and the included sample test program demonstrates all of the functionality in an easy to understand manner. Because it only relies on libxml2 and openssl, I was able to cross compile it on an embedded AVR32 linux processor. where I use it to gather remote sensor data and upload the information to the the Amazon SimpleDB. Highly recommended in general and especially on an embedded processor that is memory constrained. Thanks for an excellent piece of work.
