Create your first CodeStar project
Login to the CodeStar console and choose from a variety of project templates for Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, and AWS Elastic Beanstalk. Follow the screen prompts to create your first project.
Navigate to the JIRA tile from CodeStar dashboard
Click on the connect button from the JIRA tile, which can be found within the CodeStar project dashboard.
Connect to JIRA Software Cloud
From the previous step you will land on the Atlassian JIRA integration setup instructions page. When you are here, click on the ‘try JIRA Cloud for free’ link.
Create your JIRA Software Cloud account
Once you land on the account set up page, you will need to create your JIRA Software Cloud account. You will also be setting up your unique site that will help you connect CodeStar with JIRA Software Cloud.
Add up to five users on your JIRA Software Cloud account
Once you verify your email address, your JIRA Software Cloud account is set up. You can log in to your JIRA Software Cloud account and add up to five users for free!
