Application Monitoring - System Shepherd is our on-demand agent-based monitoring technology which is incorporated into your AMI's (in the case of Amazon EC2) to provides application and OS monitoring of both availability and performance. Based on System Shepherd, this monitoring service deeply instruments applications (standard and custom) to provide extremely detailed performance metrics and SLA/KPI validation. Alerts are automatically generated when the application goes out of parameter. Data is provided by the System Shepherd portal to help quickly troubleshoot and correct any issues. Custom end to end (E2E) dashboards are available for a nominal fee.
Application Management - Wrapped around our monitoring service, Absolute provides 7x24x365 proactive management services. Our service monitors and responds to any incidents that may occur providing up to Tier 3 response and remediation.
End user experience Monitoring - WebWalk is our outside-in end-user monitoring technology, which steps through even the most complex web applications, validating and measuring performance of each request on an on-going basis. Our WebWalk service constantly "visits" your application measuring such parameters as page load time, log in time, upload time, transaction time, etc.. Alerts are generated via the System Shepherd system and readily correlated with internal performance data.
Stress Testing - StressWalk is our load-testing service based on one or more WebWalk user scenarios, quantifying performance of your application while driving it to it's limit. By correlating results with System Shepherd internal monitoring, we are able to highlight the performance-limiting bottlenecks in a detailed analysis report. The StressWalk service is the only on demand stress testing service that provides a quick and inexpensive means of testing application behavior under various load scenarios.
Availability and performance metrics, as well as alerting and escalation details, are graphically displayed in our System Shepherd portal. Our managed alerting service introduces our NOC into the otherwise automated escalation process to provide around-the-clock Tier 1 triage and support. Our fully-managed services provides performance-based 24x7 support across your entire IT stack, from the cloud, through the application, to the end-user. All of our services are provided using a SaaS model which means no software licensing fees or expensive customization charges.
