    • Provide local VoIP DID [Direct Inward Dialing] telephone numbers for 50 countries and over 4,000 cities; toll-free numbers are available in over 25 countries.
    • Deploy fully-customizable IVR technology [Interactive Voice Response] to configure option codes and security PINs to save recordings to unique folders.
