Amazon db not allowed on mobile devices
The web is filled with stories about Amazon not allowing their database (db) on mobile devices. http://bruji.com/articles/2010/01/19/bad-news-day/ Aren't PDA's mobile devices? I'd like an email from Amazon on this one.

Good support on Saturday
They provide support on Saturday which is very helpful as I have a full time job. If you feel they can not solve your problem, always ask to transfer your support request to their manager, Tom. I enjoy using their service and great price on the scanner and service.

Very poor customer service!!
I purchased an expensive package from this company because I was sold out by their so called excellent customer service. To my dismay I experienced the worst night mare of my life as a medical professional.The technician was extremely rude from the moment he pickep up the phone.No patient at all.Although I could have gotten the same unit from the other company but I chose this company because I thought I would be happy.Anyway I returned the unit after 24 hrs. and until now still waiting for my money back!So be careful with this company,they need to get rid of people who would put their co. down and down!!!I already warned all my friends and co-workers!If there is a rating that is below 1 ,then that would be my rating ...

Good stuff
Great service. The first scanner that was sent had bent posts which caused the scanner to stop working. The unit was sent back and exchanged within 4 days. Okay, Vista has a few quirks when using the software. Customer service helped me figure out how to solve the problem. This information is provided because of the two negative reviewers who do not know how to change the security settings with Vista. The security on Vista is set to block information transfers to other computers and devices. The fastest way to get around this is to go to settings on the program and assign a folder on your computer for downloading the data. Once it is on your computer, you can copy or cut and paste it to the PDA. It took thirty seconds with customer service to get this straightened out.

Superb customer service!
I have contacted AST 2 or 3 times via e-mail and have been called back each time within minutes. I haven't needed help in over a year. The program is simple to use once you get past the learning curve (I had never used IntelliSync). I was graciously helped with getting around my firewall for downloads. No trouble at all since. I will use my scanner package until it wears out completely and I will not hesitate to buy another package immediately. No complaints.

INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
I purchased the introductory quick sale package from asellertool only to find out that it is not compatible with Windows Vista after attempting my first upgrade - This trouble occured over a week ago, and after a few e-mails and a suggested solution of a program download that would make my Axim PDA compatible, downloading updated information is still impossible and the product is useless to me...Tom offered a full refund, which I refused. I purchased a new computer to use this product! I spoke with Tom twice - the phone is sometimes answered when you select sales, as this is obvioulsy the only thing that interests him...He promised me that today I would receive a call letting me know if he was shipping a free more updated product or if someone there could help me...I received an e-mail (form obviously). The person the e-mail is from is not even working today...so did and could not keep her promise to call - So far, I am on day six with no resolution, and after bringing this to Tom's attention again, he suggested a refund again after promising me a better product or a solution, ...It is not stated on the Asellertool website that their make money now package cannot allow you to make money if you have Windows Vista... Beware before you purchase this product

GREAT service!
I've been a big fan since Day One. The AST staff are professional and tireless. They don't stop working on improvements. What that means for the customer is that the service continues to get better and better, more streamlined, more features added, but the price doesn't go up. I was thrilled the first day when I started using their service and it's 10 times better and more robust now. This is a serious and hardworking group of people. I've found them to be very responsive and very helpful. I'm really glad they're on my side.

Excellent Support
Aseller tool has excellent technical support. We had some issues when we first started, we have 4 licenses and was getting errors with them, downloads and the like. Asellertool support called me when MY time was available, not theirs, and worked with me until it was working right, it took 2 calls , and more than an hour each. We had more than one issue going on, and the excellent trouble shooting solved everything. One issue was a bad storage card, had to format and diskcheck it so the bad sectors would not be written to, another thing that was happening at the same time was a bad internet connection, timng out in the middle of the download. The turned out to be a bad modem, replacing it with the internet provider solved that. these were things solved by asellertool support. These are issues that I would have had with any database service out there, so it wasn't the service itself, they helped me solve it and didn't leave me hanging because it wasn't their problem. I highly recommend asellertool for the support alone, but the service itself is outstanding, book buying is very easy with it. Thanks guys.

Horrible
I just used the scanner and the program for 10 days. Data downloading is lousy. It kept saying downloading fail due to some error in files. I have to download many times to get it done, at least 3 times to get the update of the database. Just yesterday, it gave me a hear attack right in the middle of the busiest booksale of the westcoast USA involves 130,000 books and media for sale. The machine gave me error message about some stupid invalid license. Went home, contact customer service. He just told me to do soft reset the PDA and do it again, over and over. And that's it. Does not work. Hmm, hmmm ..... I don't know, guys.
