I'd like a copy of all my account-related emails to be sent to another email address, as well as the root email address associated with my account. How do I do that?

You can designate specific email addresses to receive account-related correspondence by adding that email address as an alternate contact.

The available alternate contact types are Billing, Operations, and Security. Each email address receives correspondence related to their contact type. For example, a Billing alternate contact receives notifications of finalized AWS bills.
