Q: Who should attend the AWS Public Sector Summit?
A: Whether you are new to the cloud or an experienced user, you will learn something new at the AWS Public Sector Summit. These events, held around the world, are designed to educate new customers about AWS services, products, solutions, or infrastructure and offer existing customers deep technical content to be more successful with AWS.
All AWS Public Sector Summits feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, technical sessions led by AWS engineers, and hands-on technical training. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.
Q: How do I get event information throughout the summit?
A: We recommend downloading the AWS Events Mobile app to plan your Summit experience. Using the app, you can add sessions of interest to your planner and get updates on the latest content, speakers, and services added to the catalog. Get it on Google Play or download from the App Store.
Q: What does the conference agenda entail?
A: The agenda and session descriptions will be published closer to the summit date. Check back for updates.
Q: Do you accept submissions for speakers/session ideas?
A: At this time, we are not accepting submissions for AWS Summit speakers or session content. However, we always appreciate customer feedback, made possible through surveys.

A: Click "Register Now" above to start the registration process. As the number of places is limited, we recommend that you register for this free event today.
Q: Where is my confirmation email?
A: You should receive a confirmation email soon after registering. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check the spam folder. After checking your spam folder, contact us if you still haven't received your confirmation email.
Q: What is included in Summit registration?
A: Summit registration gives you access to the keynote, all breakout sessions, the Partner Solutions Expo, and the closing reception. Meals offered include breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Q: What is the price of registration?
A: Registration for the AWS Public Sector Summit is complimentary.
Q: How do I update my registration information?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your Summit registration by contacting us. Note: ticket cancelation does not include a confirmation email.
Q: Will I need to register myself for each breakout session?
A: Onsite at the AWS Public Sector Summit, breakout sessions fill on a first-come, first-seated basis. Seats are not guaranteed, so there is no need to pre-register. However, we recommend taking advantage of the scheduling tools on the AWS Events mobile app to help you organize your day.
