Checking in at the Summit

You'll received an email with your QR entry code prior to the event. Please print or capture a picture of the QR code on your phone and have it handy on the day for a faster check-in.

If you haven't received your code, please check your spam folder. Alternatively you can use your email address to retrieve your badge at the Summit.

Session attendance

Onsite at the Summit sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. We recommend you use the AWS Summit mobile app to help organize your day, and allow time to navigate between rooms.

For the keynote, there are only 600 seats in the auditorium which will be filled at a first-come, first-seated basis. If you can't get a seat in the auditorium, the keynote will be streamed in all other theaters. Follow signage at the venue and hosts will be on hand to direct you.

If you offer to have your badge scanned by a sponsor or at a sponsor-branded session, you are requesting AWS share your name, contact information, title, and company with that sponsor so it may contact you by email, phone, and post for marketing purposes. This is optional - you may choose not to offer your badge. For questions, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice. Contact the sponsor to unsubscribe from the sponsor’s marketing communications. Providing the sponsor with your information may involve transferring it to another country. For questions about how the sponsor will handle your information, please contact the sponsor directly or refer to its privacy policy.
