Q1. Who should attend AWS Partner Summit?

The AWS Partner Summit 2019 is designed for our partner community to hear from AWS Executive leaders and customers that will showcase the incredible customer’s outcomes that Partners are delivering on AWS. Both Technology and Consulting partners are welcome and sessions will suit both business and technical roles, ranging from CxOs, Business Decision makers, IT Leaders and Developers.

Q2. What is the price of registration?

There is no charge to attend AWS Partner Summit Sydney. This is a free one-day event.

Q3: What is included in registration?

Access to the keynotes, breakout sessions, and the expo hall, as well as meals including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea refreshments.

Q4: Can I get a confirmation of my registration?

Upon completing the online registration form, you will be sent a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive this within 24 hours of registering online. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at In addition to your initial confirmation you will be provided a "Know Before You Go" email approx. one day prior to the event which will contain your barcode / QR code for check in at the event.

Q5: Can I sign up for sessions I want to attend?

You do not need to sign up for sessions seperately. These are all included within your AWS Partner Summit registration. All sessions are filled on a first come first serve basis.

Q7: How do I register?

You can register for AWS Partner Summit 2019 here. Click "Register Now" to start the registration process. Space is limited and entry to the event will be on a first come, first served basis and subject to capacity.

Q8: What accessibility accommodations are available?

The event venue, the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC), has been designed to make everyone’s visit a fully accessible and inclusive event experience. Read more about the venue’s accessibility here

Q9: How do I get to the venue?

Enter the Convention Centre on the ground floor - access is directly opposite the Sofitel Darling Harbour.
Upon entry to the lobby, registration is immediately to your right.

Session Locations
Sessions are being held in:
- Darling Harbour Theatre (Level 2 & 3 for entry)
- C4.3 (Level 4)
- C4.4 (Level 4)
- C4.5 (Level 4)

To access these rooms, continue through registration on the lobby level of the Convention Centre and proceed up the western set of escalators. Staff and signage will direct you to the entry points of each room.

Directions to ICC are as follows:


A short walk from Central or Town Hall will take you directly to Darling Quarter, Tumbalong Park and Sydney Visitor Centre. Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

The best taxi drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of ICC Sydney Theatre, both accessed via Darling Drive.

Bike racks are available in Exhibition Car Park 1 including male and female shower and change room facilities. Personal locks are required.

Q10: Do you offer special dietary meals?

We aim to cater for a variety of dietary requirements, however we cannot guarantee this will cover specific or individual requests. If you have specific dietary needs or if you are looking for a wider variety of options we recommend that you bring your own meals with you, or take advantage of the many restaurants and cafes in the area.
