AWS Public Sector Symposium Rome | Thursday, September 28
What to Expect
AWS Public Sector Symposium Rome is a free event for cloud experts and beginners, for government representatives and for technicians from companies of all sectors and sizes looking for inspiration and ideas to drive change and innovation.
During the day you will have 15 sessions divided into three parallel tracks (Build | Secure | Empower). These will cover a wide spectrum of topics at different levels such as: innovation, acceleration of sustainable objectives, migration and modernization of applications, digital sovereignty but also technical sessions on topics that include intelligent document processing and generative AI, as well as resilient architectures to meet compliance requirements and development of cloud native apps.
Foundation models are generally trained offline on generic domains, which makes the models independent of any data created after training. To limit the responses of generative AI applications to business data only while mitigating model hallucinations (misstatements), you can use a technique called Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). This approach allows you to retrieve the most relevant information from the knowledge base or from business content, grouping it as a context along with the user request as a prompt. Join this session to see how to use the RAG technique to create more capable and convincing conversational artificial intelligence experiences with a high level of accuracy.
