Somos Modernizes Telecommunications Applications Using Amazon EKS

Somos provides identity verification software solutions to more than 1,400 telecommunications providers in North America. In the video below, Sri Ramachandran, senior vice president and chief technology officer of Somos, shares how the company modernized its SMS/800 Toll-Free Number Registry by migrating from its data centers to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Because of its modernization with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) and the resulting automation, Somos reduced downtime, accelerated innovation, and is able to deliver more application features, which has improved its customer experience.
