I have an Amazon EC2 Reserved Instance, and I want to apply a pricing benefit to a specific account or a specific instance. Can I do that?

It’s not possible to pair a specific instance with a matching Reserved Instance. However, you can restrict the billing benefits of Reserved Instances to the accounts they were purchased on in an organization's consolidated bill by disabling Reserved Instance sharing on the master account.

You can also use Cost Allocation Tags to identify particular instances and Reserved Instances with particular projects or cost centers. Then, you can use Cost Explorer or a detailed billing report with resources and tags to sort these resources according to your billing needs.
