AWS Support programs are designed primarily for Enterprise Support customers that are running business-critical workloads in AWS. Business Support customers can access programs such as Infrastructure Event Management for an additional fee.
Launch & Event Planning
AWS Support offers Infrastructure Event Management (IEM), which includes architecture and scaling guidance, and operational support during the preparation and execution of planned events such as shopping holidays, product launches, or migrations.
Enterprise Support customers have access to architecture reviews with AWS Solutions Architects. The Well-Architected Framework has been developed to help cloud architects build the most secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient infrastructure possible for their applications. This framework provides a consistent approach for customers and partners to evaluate architectures and provide guidance to help implement designs that will scale with your application needs over time.
Included with the Enterprise support plan, Operations Support enables customers to work with their Technical Account Manager to gain:
- Operational insight: Operations assessments and analysis to identify gaps across the operations lifecycle, as well as recommendations based on best practices.
- Event Reporting: Detailed reporting on customer-impacting events, including AWS remediation steps and recommended customer actions to help mitigate future risk.
