Enterprise Contract for AWS Marketplace
Standardized software license terms to simplify and streamline software procurement
Enterprise customers now have the option to reduce friction in contract negotiations using Enterprise Contract for AWS Marketplace to purchase software that is offered by sellers on AWS Marketplace.
Enterprise Contract for AWS Marketplace gives large enterprise customers the option to purchase software solutions using a standardized contract template under which participating sellers have agreed to offer their products. Enterprise Contract for AWS Marketplace is designed to be a comprehensive end user license agreement between software buyers and sellers that governs usage of the software and sets terms with respect to the obligations and responsibilities of each party.
Enterprise customers enrolled in the program will have the option to subscribe to and deploy software from AWS Marketplace immediately under the terms of the Enterprise Contract, rather than spending months negotiating software terms with individual sellers. As always, customers should ensure that they have obtained approvals required under their organization’s procurement policies to use the Enterprise Contract for AWS Marketplace for subscriptions made on AWS Marketplace.
