Before You Begin

Thank you for your interest. We expect software sellers interested in selling software on AWS Marketplace to:

  • Sell mature, production software ready to use (i.e. no "Beta" software).
  • Sell business and development software in one of our supported categories.
  • Have a strong track record of customer satisfaction and customer support.
  • Prioritize keeping software current and secure.
  • Host SaaS products on AWS infrastructure.
  • Be an AWS customer in good standing.
  • Tax and bank account information are required for all pricing models.
  • Be a permanent U.S. or European Union (EU) resident or citizen, or a business entity organized or incorporated in the United States or a member state of the EU.
    • For U.S. based entities, a W-9 and U.S. bank based account are required.
    • For European Union state members, a W-8, VAT number, and U.S. bank account are required. If you do not have a U.S. bank account, you can register for a virtual U.S. bank account from Payoneer

To sell into the AWS GovCloud (US) Region, sellers must have an AWS GovCloud account. For details on ITAR requirements, please refer to the AWS GovCloud (US) User Guide.
