Life Factors - Availability of time, support from family and employers, finances, etc.
Learning styles - Based on the multiple intelligences model
Technical Competency - Skills with using technology
Technical Knowledge - Knowledge of technology terms

Support Details
Support to students taking SmarterMeasure is provided via an online support request ticketing system and a knowledge base. Links to a form through which students can request support as well as gain access to the knowledge base are provided on each screen of the assessment. During business hours, support requests are answered within two hours. Depending on the volume of requests, many are answered within minutes. Requests received prior to 9:00 PM Central on weekdays are typically answered the same night with requests submitted later in the evening being answered at the start of business the following day. On weekends and holidays, a response can be expected within 24 hours.
