Product Overview

Infoblox NIOS TE-V1420 provides enterprise-grade DNS and IP address management (IPAM) for the Amazon Web Services Cloud. It is fully integrated with the Infoblox Grid and supports mixed physical and virtual appliance deployments in public or hybrid clouds. The TE-V1420 appliance in AWS can be deployed as a Grid Master or Grid Member that has all of the benefits of distributed service and centralized management including support for a full suite of core network services - including DNS, IP address management (IPAM), FTP, TFTP, and HTTP protocol servers.
The AWS support with Infoblox extends enterprise-grade DDI to AWS providing a single-point of visibility and control whether on premise or in hybrid cloud deployments including AWS and VMware. With automated discovery of AWS VPC, IP address allocation and DNS provisioning of EC2 instance, organizations can improve agility, reduce provisioning errors and enhance visibility of virtual machine network infrastructure for VMware, AWS and other leading cloud platforms. With Infoblox, IT admins get extended visibility into hybrid cloud resources for better security and audit capabilities for their virtualized and traditional network resources - all in a single, consolidated view.
