The Cube software suite is a comprehensive set of modules that support transportation planning, including transportation forecasting and system analysis. Cube integrates the best in modeling methods with the best in graphics technology for the study of transportation systems. Based on Viper, Cube's graphical module, Cube Base, includes two additional tools, Application Manager and Scenario Manager, which simplify application and scenario management, as well as additional geographical information system (GIS) related features.

This suite is comprised of Cube Base, Voyager 64-bit, Analyst, Avenue and Cargo. It also includes the Cluster option for voyager.
