The Virtual LoadMaster (VLM) Application Delivery Controller (ADC) complements applications deployed in the AWS cloud by providing comprehensive L7 traffic distribution with session persistence, application health checking, SSL off-load (FIPS 140-2 Level 1 Certified), DNS failover, IPS and data Caching/Compression. These features along with Edge Security services like SSO and pre-authentication all enhance application performance and user experience for application workloads in AWS. VLM can operate in conjunction with Elastic Load Balancer (ELB) and offers content switching, URL rewriting and HTTP/2 support.
