This AMI was developed using the minimal install and only the bare necessities were installed to convert to an AMI. Only the AMI EC2 tools, Ruby, and VIM have been installed on top of the CENT provided minimal install. This AMI can serve as a basis for other instance backed AMIs or for your own projects that require a simple CENT install.
