Enhanced File Transfer (EFT) Enterprise is a Managed File Transfer (MFT) server that sits at the edge of your Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC) network. EFT functions as a secure gateway for receiving files from your business partners or clients.

EFT's long list of protocol, authentication, automation, and security options means greater flexibility in meeting unique partner or internally driven requirements. Business partners can deposit files using a dedicated client application that supports SFTP or FTP/S, B2B protocols like AS2, web browsers using HTTP/S, or EFT's mobile app, with built-in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) controls.

EFT metered instances running on AWS include functionality normally sold separately, including OpenPGP, Workspaces, Advanced Security Module (ASM), Mobile Transfer Client (MTC), and Auditing and Reporting (ARM) with the exception of report editing. The following functionality is not included nor available for metered versions: Advanced Workflow Engine (AWE), Accelerate module.
