Sciencesheet Standalone Local is a one-node Spark cluster with both Driver and Worker both on the same EC2 instance. Sciencesheet Standalone Local provides a web interface to upload a prototype and dataset to be processed. Sciencesheet automatically generates Scala code for Excel formulas found on the uploaded prototype, and these formulas are applied in parallel to the uploaded dataset. This means you can process millions of rows of Excel formulas and apply them to your dataset. Both prototype and dataset are uploaded to the local EC2 instance filesystem, with a timestamp for each run. Output dataset is available on the local EC2 instance filesystem as a CSV file after processing.
