Conjugate Gradient IP is a FPGA based accelerator for Conjugate Gradient calculation. The IP can be easily integrated into other application for acceleration purposes. The technology behind the accelerator is based on Maxeler's state of the art toolchain. A possible use case for this accelerator is Lattice QCD ( Quantum ChromoDynamics) simulation - the physical theory that describes the strong nuclear force, which dominates interactions at subatomic length scales.
