Time Machine (TM) provides software virtual clocks that enable you to time travel your applications into the future or the past, facilitating time shift testing on your date & time sensitive application logic.
TM is transparent to applications and databases so no code modification is required to do time shift testing and system clock is never modified.
Testers can time travel by themselves or automate time travel with test scripts without awaiting administrators to change time.
Virtual clocks can be set at group, user or process level, with clock speed set to normal, frozen, accelerated or decelerated. Multiple virtual clocks in the same test environment enable concurrent testing of different date/time.
TM Floating License Server (TMFLS) enables automatic license management for TM in your environment. A pool of license units can be hosted on a TMFLS, and checked out automatically by any TM system/containers when TM service starts, and released once the service stops.
TM Sync Server (TMSS) provides a centralized control center for broadcasting virtual clocks to all TM servers/containers in your environment.
This bundle targets Linux host for Docker containers or enterprise AWS customers to enable TMFLS and TMSS.
