The Anitian PCI Hardened Windows Server 2016 AMI contains a base installation of Windows Server 2016 that has been hardened by security professionals to meet the rigorous standards of the PCI DSS. This image has been hardened to accepted industry standards including the Center for Internet Security benchmarks.

This AMI includes documentation on the default user's desktop. The documentation describes what hardening steps were taken to meet each PCI requirement as well as what actions are still necessary to perform.
