The application provides API level access (through a REST API) as well as a user interface, The UI can be used to correct wrong or failed results. Once the results are satisfactory, download the extracted chemical structure as a MOL file or if the results contains multiple chemical structures they can be downloaded as an SDF file. The structures are all annotated with the file name and (in case of PDF) with the page number plus the number of the image on that particular page.
